1. Overview

GravityLead ("we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered websites and lead-capture services to local service businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information in connection with our platform — including the websites we build for clients, our AI chat widget, and our missed-call text-back system.

By using GravityLead's services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Information We Collect

From business clients (our customers):

• Business name, owner name, phone number, and email address
• Service trade, service area, and business hours
• Payment information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
• Communication records with GravityLead support

From end users (visitors to client websites):

• Name, phone number, and service request details submitted via AI chat or lead forms
• Inbound and outbound SMS messages sent through our text-back system
• IP address, browser type, and pages visited (via analytics, where enabled)
• Approximate location (city/ZIP) provided voluntarily in chat

Automatically collected:

• Standard web server logs (IP address, request timestamps, referrer URLs)
• Google Analytics data (where the client has enabled it on their site)

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Deliver and operate the GravityLead platform and client websites
• Route lead inquiries to the appropriate business client
• Send automated SMS messages on behalf of business clients (missed-call text-back, follow-up sequences)
• Process payments and manage client accounts
• Improve our AI chat flows and lead-capture performance
• Send service notifications and billing communications to clients
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use end-user lead data to market GravityLead services to those users.

4. SMS / Text Message Communications

SMS messages are sent through Twilio on behalf of our business clients. Each client is responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending marketing messages. To opt out of SMS from any business, reply STOP to any message. To request help, reply HELP.

GravityLead itself does not send unsolicited marketing SMS to end users.

5. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We share information only as follows:

• Business clients: Lead data collected via their GravityLead site is delivered to them via SMS and their account dashboard.
• Twilio: Our SMS and voice infrastructure provider. Subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Payment processors: Payment card data is handled by our payment provider and not stored on GravityLead servers.
• Analytics providers: Where enabled, Google Analytics processes anonymized usage data on client sites.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights and safety of users and the public.

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

6. Data Retention

Lead records and SMS logs are retained for a minimum of 90 days and up to 2 years to support client account operations, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance. Business client account data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days after cancellation.

You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at privacy@getgravitylead.com. Requests are processed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely secure. We encourage you to use strong passwords and to notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

8. Children's Privacy

GravityLead services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through a GravityLead-powered site, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:

• The right to access information we hold about you
• The right to correct inaccurate information
• The right to request deletion of your information
• The right to opt out of SMS communications (reply STOP)
• The right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. The "Effective date" at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
